Let’s Navigate Memory Loss—Together.

YOU'RE NOT ALONE.

About Us

Cam’s Connected Community was founded in 2023 by Cameron Thomas to be a safe haven for those impacted by memory loss. Rooted in faith and guided by compassion, we aim to uplift caregivers and their loved ones through connection, shared understanding, and practical support.

Our Mission: To create an empowering space for caregivers and memory-challenged individuals through shared experience, faith-based support, and education.

Our Vision: A world where no one walks the journey of memory loss alone.

We Believe...

Support transforms lives. Community saves them.

Cam Welcomes You !

Welcome to Cam's Connected Community—a heart-centered initiative where caregivers and individuals living with memory challenges find more than just support—they find belonging. Whether you're facing the early signs of memory loss or caregiving for someone who is, we are here to walk this road with you, hand in hand, heart to heart.

Join a compassionate, faith-led space where caregivers and loved ones connect, share, and find healing.

Pop-Up Memory Cafés

Our Memory Cafés are casual, joyful gatherings where individuals experiencing memory loss—and those who love them—can connect, laugh, and engage without pressure or stigma. Hosted in welcoming, local spaces, each café includes music, creative activities, and refreshments in a judgment-free atmosphere. It’s not about the diagnosis—it’s about togetherness.

Caregiver Support Circles

Caregiving is sacred work—but it can be isolating and overwhelming. That’s why we created Caregiver Circles: safe, soul-nourishing spaces to share, vent, laugh, cry, and grow alongside others who genuinely understand. Whether you’re just beginning this journey or deep in the trenches, you’ll find connection, wisdom, and strength here.

 Memory Loss Education

We offer down-to-earth, faith-infused education sessions that equip caregivers and families to better understand memory loss. From recognizing early signs to navigating care options, we break down complex topics with compassion. These sessions are not clinical—they're human, hopeful, and tailored for real-life caregiving.

Care Resource Navigation

You don’t have to Google your way through caregiving. We’ll help you find trusted local services, respite options, financial planning tools, and community programs without the overwhelm. Whether you need emergency help or long-term planning support, we’re here to guide you with heart and clarity.

Spiritual Resilience Coaching

At the core of every caregiver is a spirit in need of care, too. Our one-on-one or small-group sessions offer spiritual encouragement grounded in scripture and shared experiences. It’s a time to reconnect with your purpose, process your emotions, and refill your cup—because you can’t pour from an empty one.
